Upon my arrival at the hotel, I had no clue where things were. I had to ask for directions, and eventually, everything was explained to me. There was a miscommunication in booking; the room I was assigned was not the one I had reserved. After discussing with the manager, I was transferred to a suite. Despite being advertised as all-inclusive, there was only one restaurant open at a time. Although I was informed there were four, only one was operational. Consequently, we were stuck with buffet meals for three days, with one day offering a different experience where someone took our orders. Nevertheless, all the staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the drinks were excellent. The property was very clean. The food and drinks at the beach bar were also great, with another set of excellent staff. Overall, I had a pleasant experience. However, I wished there were multiple restaurant options, especially since I booked the all-inclusive package with that expectation.

Location was beautiful and well kept. Big pool and beach access was a plus! Service overall was top notch, from front desk, concierge, pool staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping and concierge. Piaf (Adult only) was our favorite restaurant, and Lucca was second with kids. But honestly, the food selection overall was great for a 3 night stay

We liked the rooms, the facilities, the surfing and the building itself. We were there for NYE and the party was fantastic. Food was amazing at this event, they went the whole Nina yards, lobster, lamb chops, steaks, you name it. dancing and live music were very memorable in a fantastic setting.

Loved that EVERYTHING was included in the all-inclusive. There was a "pantry" that is open 24 hours that has a variety of snacks, including soft serve ice cream, sandwiches, etc. It was a great and very relaxing atmosphere!
This resort was situated on a mountain and it did have some beautiful views.
The service of Daniel and Fernando in the restaurant was superb! They were by far the best of this resort. They both went above and beyond to do their best to make us comfortable while dining.
The location was amazing right near the Marina and the beach, the staff was awesome and the owners were a great resource for information on the area and things to see and do.
Great place to get away from the all-inclusives and is perfectly situated between Bucerias and Sayulita for day trips.

Great place to spend holidays with small kids. Loved the pools and the new water park. It is also all inclusive but does not feel like the normal all inclusive hotels where crowds are everywhere and food is not great.
Beautiful grounds with palms and other trees. Our room was cozy and clean. The bed was just right, not too hard or too soft with nice luxurious sheets. We had a lovely swim in the pool and soak in the hot tub. There are comfortable lounge chairs to relax, read and tan. This small resort is close to La Cruz’s downtown square, quiet and secure.
the property is absolutely gorgeous. the design is very naturalist. the pools are excellent, facilities are beautifully designed. the staff in each department are positive, kind, and go above and beyond. the energy is friendlier, more relaxed, and a little younger than other resorts. the drinks are well made with fresh ingredients.
