Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to the exceptional team members who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. Special thanks to Roshan, Andreas, Anu, Eric, Gangadin, Luxmi, Aldo, and Didier for their warmth, attentiveness, and incredible hospitality. Each interaction with them made us feel valued and welcomed. Every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully curated, making it a truly luxurious and relaxing getaway.
The dining experience at La Terass and La Pointe was outstanding, with delicious food that delighted our taste buds every time. The ambiance and service further elevated the experience, leaving us feeling as if we were in paradise.
There were a few areas for improvement:
1. While the staff’s warmth and courtesy shone brightly, the hotel itself lacked the authentic Mauritian cultural elements we experienced during our external tours. Adding more local influences in decor, music, or activities could enhance the connection to Mauritius.
2. The kids’ club was well-suited for younger children but offered little to engage older tweens and teens. Expanding programming for this age group would be a welcome addition.
3. The evening entertainment could benefit from incorporating more authentic Mauritian vibes, such as traditional music and dance, to immerse guests in the local culture.
Despite these minor shortcomings, the genuine care and effort from the staff, along with the outstanding culinary and overall experience, made our stay incredibly memorable. This hotel truly excels in hospitality, and we would gladly return for another visit.

Location perfect on the beach with amazing snorkelling on the door step. Very quiet location all adult guests, no rowdy guests or parties.

- Will definitely recommend this place. It’s true heaven on Earth. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. Almost everything was perfect here.
- Hotel has very nice interior and exterior design and has been seriously renovated.

The hotel was simply beautiful, from the moment you enter the hotel there is an aroma and smell that I can’t describe. A lovely welcome drink and towels on arrival with staff who are very friendly and accommodating.
We booked an ocean view suite which was luxurious. The suite had a large terrace with deck chairs and an outdoor bathtub. I wish we could have stayed in this room for longer- it was simply amazing. The room was very clean and room service was great.
We had dinner at the restaurant- Inti on our last night in Mauritius. This meal was delicious and the restaurant staff, including manager Yasir, were very helpful and accommodating. An unforgettable meal.
The beach was perfect for our toddler. We loved spending hours here as the beach is perfectly level and shallow. Water activities (including snorkelling, paddle boats) are included with the booking which was an added bonus.
The breakfast was delicious with good variety of food choices (including ice cream which our toddler loved)!

Everything was amazing.the location was great. you have access to the facilities at the resort. The host was always available if I needed anything. The balcony is quite big.

A super comfortable property on the East Coast of Mauritius. Suitable for staying within the resort complex to relax, or exploring nearby hotspots like Poste de Flacq, Poste Lafayette and Flacq town centre. Apartment was really well equipped and felt like a home away from home. Michael's hosts on the ground, Jacqueline and Ricardo, were lovely and took great care in welcoming us and making sure we had what we needed.
The resort is well maintained. All the staff are very friendly and efficient in all aspects. The food at the restaurant was delicious.

Also, special thanks to the Resort staff for making our Anniversary extra special with a bedroom decoration and some yummy cake.
