The location is awesome, it's like the Alps in the Balkans. The food was exceptional, the breakfast and also we were having snacks and lunch in the restaurant. The staff was amiable and kind. This is a place to refresh your soul, mind, and body.
The outdoor pool was awesome. The interior design and all the facilities like parks, resting areas, restaurant, nature, flowers around etc were wonderful. Such a pleasant resort.

A fantastic resort with well designed rooms and comfortable beds in combination with a great mountain view will make the mornings of your stay memorable. Good restaurant with authentic meals, outdoor and indoor pool, pleasant surroundings deer animal reserve just adds to the of clean air and crisp cleanliness of the resort.
This resort is a little paradise hidden in the mountains. During the working week can be a place where you can get the much needed rest, since in this time of the year it is not too crowded. This is the reason why we come back here every year.
The location of the accommodation is great, in the mountain, near the lake, wonderful view. It's big property with lots of activities around. The food is great as well, we had breakfast and lunch, it was super tasty. The restaurant staff was very nice and prompt.
The resort’s location is nothing like we have visited before. You are literally in the forrest which brings an unbelievable peace and relaxation to your experience. It is not you typical 5 star spa resort but genuinely speaking it had a lot to offer.
There are amazing trails around the property, nice roads for cycling and great air!

Everything from the premises , the surrounding, the resort staff from grounds men all the way through to the reception staff outstanding service. Even their regular taxi driver was wonderful.
The cleanliness was exceptional. Also, the way they built the resort in the middle of the forest... As if it was there the whole time. Pool is magnificent, they heat the water in the morning. Very cozy rooms with lots of privacy. The food was amazing as well!
Location and nature is outstanding, very well thought off to connect the entire resort with the surrounding environment and not just another building like a wild mushroom.
