The resort is beautiful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It was a wonderful stay overall and we’ll be visiting again soon.
I can't say only one thing I like... Everything was special, it was my mother's birthday and I mentioned it while booking my room. The room was prepared, a little card for my mom and a special cake delivered to our room.. thank you for everything .. The staff were very nice and professional ( Special thanks to Mohamed, my mom was happy with his warmness ).. I couldn't ask for a better stay.. Thank you Michlifen resort and golf
Very beautiful ambience, couple friendly and superb service. Everyone is very nice and makes you feel welcome especially front desk. I would highly recommend. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, rooms are magnificent, ask for forest views, they have charming forest in the resort, ask front desk to arrange lunch in the resort forest,
Staying in Switzerland while being in Morocco has been quite something ! Thanks for the upgrade to suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. Very good food at both restaurants we visited for dinner. Very big indoor swimming pool - definitely a bonus. Professional staff. Would highly recommend this resort as an alternative to staying in Fez. Visiting Fez from Ifrane for a day was very easy and the contrast between the two only added to our great experience of Morocco.
Nice location near the park, Ifrane lake, resorts and other attractions. Very helpful staff, especially the lady at the reception desk. Our room had a nice view with a nice balcony (but no chairs or table provided). The breakfast was nice; it could have been a little better with more varieties.
