The people who work there, specially the lady, there were very nice and helpfully. For any request we had. They were happy to help. The place is nice, a bit far from the beach, but also that make it quietly and more peaceful. Had a nice view and the train pass every since wich make it special, yo can see it from the balcony. You are surrounded by nature, which is very nice. Even you are a bit more apart from the beach, it still very easy to get a tuk tuk or someone to drive you back to the hotel.

We loved the host she was so lovely she goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy. We had breakfast which was mainly pancakes, bread and fruit. We got our laundry done here and it was perfect, it smelled lovely and fresh and came back all neatly folded. Absolute bonus of a hot shower too!!

Beautiful Villa, it’s not a luxury villa, but a good villa for a family getaway, it’s well maintained to the naked eye. Great views as you can see from the pics but mind you there is no beach or access to the water.
Tharanga the house manager was excellent and attentive.
The land block houses 6 villas, we had friends in another villa for a bucks night and we used this villa to keep our baby, nanny, maid (safely) and us parents to sleep at night.
The hotel was magical! It was by far our favorite hotel from sri lanka. Everything you need is there, there are no other hotels so you can enjoy the peace. The staff is the greatest team you could wish for. The food they offered us was very good. The staff worked so hard to keep everything clean and nothing is too much to ask. The swimming pool was our favorite part of the resort, always clean and so big. We would love to come back one day!
Located on a quiet ocean front area, the resort is wide and plenty of space and not compact like other resorts in the busier area and it got a nice pool too. Bathroom is quite huge, i wish a bit of space was allocated for a seating area. Breakfast could be improved but its ok.
This is one of the best stays in my life, because of service. The owner is niciest person and tell you everything you need.
Also great breakfast included, and it’s totally different every day!
Really, this is excellent service, that you can’t find in Europe luxury hotels. Just try.

We had a wonderful stay at these resort in mirissa ! Location of the resort is great and 300 m from coconut tree hill and mirissa beach ! Breakfast buffet is amazing and we had pool view room and trust me most amazing we are at pool most of the time Rooms are spacious and clean ! Bathroom is luxury !
It was designed as one of the luxury resorts in Mirissa. Staffs are always on standby and very willing to help with your request. This resort is located near the Main and Secret beaches. However, I noticed there are tons of cheaper alternative accommodations located at Turtle Bay, Coconut Tree Hills etc area which appears to be more for party-goers. We can reach those locations easily either by walking 15mins or Tuk-tuk ride (300-500 rupee). very nice pool with a bar for relaxing.
An excellent beach resort with a stunning location right on the beach. The in-room facilities are good and the room spacious with a balcony looking out to the beach. very attentative and helpful staff in general.
Not a luxury resort, but a very cosy place, perfect combination of beach lounging, cocktails, good seafood, spacious AC rooms...on the beach. Doesnt get any better. Very helpful and friendly staff.
