We had the most incredible 4-night stay at Glenross Living, nestled in the heart of a beautiful rainforest surrounded by nature. My wife, our 1.5-year-old son, and I were treated like family from the moment we arrived. A special thanks to Mr. Upali and Mr. Larry for going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and truly spoiled. The food, prepared by different chefs, was a culinary delight—each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor.
The room service and housekeeping were superb, always attentive to our needs, even with a toddler. A huge thank you to Mr. Shamal, Mr. Udara, and the entire staff who treated us as if we were part of their family. We also had an incredible experience at the spa—Mira, the therapist, transported us to another world with her amazing Balinese massage. It was pure relaxation!

The resort was one of the best places I ever visited specifically the staff are super friendly and helpful, I will never forget Mr ishara he was answering me even in he’s day off, and my kids really loved the kids club and the nanny’s Mayosha, nadeeshani and nuwani were giving my kids alot of love and fun, and the food was amazing, definitely coming back again, a big thanks to everyone working there❤️
Front desk manager Mr Wasantha was so excellent in arranging rooms for us. We bought the all inclusive package and it was really superb including unlimited alcohols and beverages through the whole day. The staff was very supportive and everyone treated well during the stay.
Facility is really good, staff are very nice and supportive, location is close to the airport. However, the beaches is not the best. Very convenient as a final distention to stay at a resort relax and chill after your tour in Sri Lanka.
The resort was exceptional ! We were a group of 11 ( 5 adults and 6 kids ) . The stay was super comfortable . The food , service and staff were beyond exceptional. Would highly recommend staying here .
The room was beautiful, it felt like home away from home. The staff were so attentive with everything single small details. The resort itself was big and had many activities to enjoy. The food and beverages were also very nice.
Great swimming pool. Perfect service. Hotel is also run as all inclusive for tour operators. As an a’la card customer you are treated with extra attention. There is great food in a’la card grill/seafood restaurant, and as it is almost empty (most customers have all in) you get outstanding service. And price for food and drinks is really reasonable.
