The host was absolutely lovely and the breakfast was delicious as well. The room was very spacious and it had all the facilities we would have hoped for. The host also had the most adorable puppy who we enjoyed having a play with before heading into town.
The place was a stand a lone cabin facing tree plantations and was extremely quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the main street. It was about a 20-25 minute walk to the main street in Ella but we like walking so didn't mind. The host did offer to take us in which was very kind of him. Great spot if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle but if you are looking to be on the main strip with all the bars, shops and restaurants then book somewhere in the centre.

Everything. The room is really big and has everything you need. The bed is really comfortable and all is totally clean. The location is perfect, near the Main Street, but in a quiet place. The attention of the host was really kind, she is in every detail and made feels you very comfortable. I recommend 100%

Very bad service from the resort. The owner is not maintaining the booking.com bookings. I booked for 19 & 20, but he said the booking is shown on 20 & 21 he is lied. Our expectations and our travel were troubled. I never recommend this resort thereafter. Very bad experience.
Great staff, highly recommended! Beautiful home with incredible views. The biggest and most modern room in Sri Lanka that I stayed in, defintely value for money. Spacious, big comfy bed, great air con, amazing hot/powerful shower (better than some luxury hotels I have stayed in!)... super helpful host with an amazing breakfast too.
11. Unlike some of the posts I’ve read in other places, I found the ( lakshan view resort ) to be clean, inviting and downright classic! The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

Hotel Lakshani view resort is an exceptional choice to enjoy staying in a perfect place. It had everything we wished for, a panoramic view of the haputale town,a clean full occupied room and the best service. We had a great time staying here. The service was outstanding and we were really happy with how everything turned out. And special thanks to Lakshan, the owner. He has excellent customer service. We definitely recommend Lakshan view resort to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area!
