It is great value for money - you do get what you pay for. The hosts are beyond lovely, they give you great local recommendations that aren’t tourist traps. The place is tropical, full of plants in the garden, lovely surrounding really embedded in nature. The room is spacious, the balcony is great with some couches and you can order nice home made food at any time. There are mosquito nets over the beds which is great.

This place has an incredibly welcoming, positive and kind staff; which put a huge smile on our face many times during our stay.
Food was prepared based on vegan diet yet in good portion and tasted nice, so can’t fault that although we are not vegan. All pieces of food was introduced to us by their names and we enjoyed getting to know the vegan side of Sri Lankan food.
Hotel’s location is quite remote and isolated, so it provides a full connection with nature (so many different animals around), which offers an Ashram experience to the fullest. Our room was by the lake and there were moments where I felt like in the jungle, far from humanity.

Exceptional! From the first moment I laid my eyes on this beautiful building to the last moment when the incredibly accommodating and friendly owner saw me off. Absolutely fantastic place! They were very accommodating and provided everything needed to make our stay comfortable. They also provide a room for your driver if you have one (2500 SLR). The pool was a welcome respite from the heat. The family who run this establishment are lovely. Nothing is a problem and they are keen to help you anyway they can. Sri Lankan Breakfast everyday was excellent and the dinner we had there was delicious. The location is good- we walked to town and had free tuk tuks pick us up for dinner at Roti Cafe and Magic Cafe- both were excellent meals. We really enjoyed our time at Levona Garden Resort.

We were very happy to stay at Levona Garden Resort. The owners cook tasty breakfasts and dinners. They help with excursions. We saw wild elefants in the forest and climbed Pidurangala mountain and had there breakfast (the mother wrapped it for us in papers). It was fantastic!!!
Highly recommended! This is the most exclusive luxury resort we ever stayed in (only 10 rooms) and the service was impeccable. The staff did an amazing job of understanding all our needs and then helping us accordingly. The rooms and the property were really nice. The pool was probably the most scenic I ever saw. The food was great too and served in a very unique setting. Definitely worth the money!
Our stay at Levona Garden resort was brilliant, made especially special by Dulshan and his incredible hospitality. Dulshan runs the resort with his family (his younger brother was also brilliant and kind) and he made sure we were having the best time possible with amazing tips on what to do in the area, sorting all our transport for us and being so attentive with providing meals at times that suited us. This is a truly lovely family-run property.

Talking to them while eating breakfast and dinner (which were amazing with many different meals from sri lanka) was one of the highlights of our trip. Overall amazing stay and I can't recommend it enough.
If you look for the paradise go to Levona Garden Resort! Wonderful place in middle of the nature. You will just hear birds and frogs. The home cooked food is the best one, i had for the moment in SriLanka. They were also so helpful to organize tours with tuktuk and so on. The owners and their son are really polite and will make your stay the best as possible. It is also a perfect place to reach the main tourist sites. If i can, i would definitely come back!
