Great location, we were able to walk to Nine Arches Bridge, Little Adam’s Peak and all the restaurants, bars and shops of Ella.
The host is really friendly and cooked as a fantastic breakfast each morning, she was very accommodating to our vegan diet!
The room was comfortable and really well equipped, with a kettle fridge, hairdryer, plus little bits like first aid kit, toothpaste etc.

We liked view from our hut and hospitality of Dina (I don't remember correctly her name) the owner. Each morning we had delicous homemade breakfest. The room and bathroom was clean. We had warm blanket as well. They arranged for us tut tuk to the train station for good price. Thank you!

This is a new resort with so much potential if some small improvements are made. It's quiet and away from the hustle of the main town, only a 10 min walk but the hills are steep. We had an issue with the hot water on our first night and we were moved for our remaining two nights. Having the pool (even though it was cold) was good for after walks. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, but the owner was not on site and had to be contacted for a solution.
Amazing resort in Ella. 😍❤️everything was excellent. meals were superb and the place was very near to all the attraction places.owner and his family (uncle and aunty😍) was very kind and they provided everything we need. Amazing room,cleand,planning is excellent..breakfast and dinner Delicious .thank you so much 😍 you made our trip memorable.❤️

A beautiful setting in the forest, very quiet and natural, away from the bustle of the town. Brand new resort, has potential but some amenities not yet there. (no signs, nice breakfast but no other food or drinks on offer, pool needed cleaning)
It was a really good stay at the resort. The property captures all that is beautiful in Ella in one resort. And we had complimentary water activities too! Amazing and I’ll be back
It was the perfect place. The view is amazing, the staff really nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. We felt like we were getting a luxury stay for a really low price. All amazing, I would recommend to anyone going to Ella.
We came as a family. We were greeted as our own , helped to bring our suitcases to the room . When we checked into the room, the room was very clean and cozy. The hostess is very kind and responsive . It was very quiet at night , which is very rare to find . Also, when we woke up, they brought us a good breakfast with juice. Not far from the city center . The hostess helped the questions . The place is very picturesque, I highly recommend Pepper Garden Resort.
