Property is in an excellent location, with beaches either side of the property and some great bars in heriketiya within a 10 minute taxi away. The massage at the spa was excellent. Additionally, the staff were all nice and the pool was of a good size.

The rooms are super big and the bed very comfortable. Linens are soft so I slept very well and relaxed. Rooms are beautiful with a high ceiling and it is really nice to have a terasse overlooking the garden. Breakfast was tasty with fresh fruits and juices. I highly recommend this place. It is also walking distance, just a few meters away, from a lovely and quiet beach along with restaurants.

Had a wonderful relaxing weekend here. Beautiful view of the sea in the room, which had a gorgeous bathroom. Amazed by the extraordinary architecture of the house.
The breakfast was exceptional, one of the best I've had in SL. There is also a little shop in the building for luxury linen items.
You are right on the beach and walkable to the nearby turtle bay, and close to dickwella and hiriketiya.
