    This place is like a dream. You sit on your own balcony surrounded by views of rain forest, mountain tops, birds in all colours. The extremely friendly host family prepares tasty sri lankan food, offer you fruits from their own garden - they have ALL sorts of interesting fruits depending on season. They show you around their tea plantage and all in all just makes you feel good. The cabana (cottage) has all basics and is very clean. This is not luxury, but I personally didn't miss anything. My best recommendations!

    The location of Dolagawa is magical. There is a river and a small waterfall where you can swim right next to the resort. We went to the Sinharaja Forest and the host arranged a 3-4 hour tour for us which was really nice. The food was good and the staff was welcoming, helpful and super friendly!

    An amazing location nestled in the rainforest with a majestic private waterfall right outside your door! The small family run resort, with 3 natural style cabins, was just recently opened and the hospitality was top notch. I really enjoyed the Sri Lankan breakfast, a full menu of lunch and dinner meal options, and my peaceful opportunities for yoga, meditation and swimming right in the river! Cant wait to return next year and see the progress on their already lovely garden areas.

    This resort/ hotel is a rustic beauty. Very good for trekking ( with a guide) inside the Rain Forest , Bird Watching and nature lovers. Food was included in the booking and was very tasty. Loved talking to Tikkri Bandara, the man in charge of dinning.

    Enjoyed our stay in rainforest Mount resort, close to the forest (10 min walking) very helpful and welcoming staff. We had nice bugaloo with great view on the tea plantation

    the family vibe the food the tour in the forest the pool and room were very simple, but exactly what you need the shower had hot water too, which was an amazing luxury

    Everything!! We can recommend staying at the eco resort from our true heart. We had an amazing stay and were really delighted by the warm welcome, the nice birthday surprise and the amazing food. And that is all in a truly beautiful surrounding and location. Everything was beyond our expectations. Thank you!

    For those wishing to explore the rainforest, the location couldn’t be better. Literally right next to one of the entrances. Gayani was super helpful and friendly, and the food was surprisingly excellent, even the scrambled eggs at breakfast were cooking absolutely perfectly, which very rarely the case. Also the bed was by far the most comfortable of the 8 places I’ve stayed so far in SL. Also, the guide they organised at resort was excellent and it was a amazing experience. Plus the pool is lovely

    Great location by the sinharaja forest, would recommend if you want an all inclusive experience with guided tour offered by the hotel, restaurant, and amazing experience waking up in the middle of the forest to the sound of nature. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, as well.
