Great location and luxury hotel, however the staff was not nice, and additional fees were asked on arrival whether they were not mentioned in early booking. Nice rooftop.
The ambience is like a home / resort feel. Mr Derek and all the staff were very warm and friendly. The room is huge for the 3 of us. Me my wife and son. The villa is located on most of the places we visited. Its easy to get uber or tuktuk. I wont be posting photos as the ones posted are exactly the same.

Everything! Got a last minute deal for one night before I flew out of Colombo due to a change of plans - paid a little extra for a sea view room & it was worth it. Rooftop pool was amazing, staff were so friendly. Room was exceptionally comfortable. Absolute luxury.
We spent only a night here, it was a good option since we wanted to head to the airport mainly and it is closer. It has all the facilities as a resort and a good pool.
Its really a amazing appartment with luxury interior. It was verry clean, place for parking kitchen facilities and etc. The manager was so Humble and sweet. He helped with abslutly everithing we needed. I recomend this appartment hight.
