The owner is very friendly and smiles a lot. Our room was nice, I would say an average Sri Lankan hotel room. Don't expect too much luxury:) we had hot shower and a balcony as well. We also had a good breakfast. They have a tuktuk service. We were their first guest after corona. It was a pleasure for us.
