WiFi was good
The outdoor pool resort is the added value to the hotel, in addition to the fact that the staff are very friendly at all level. From the lifeguard, janitorial, reception, and host in all the restaurants.
The breakfast buffet is large and very generous. You can easily find your requirements.
The chafing dish plate can be more creative in its choice without affecting the cost.
The resort facilities were amazing, numerous pools and the Summerland beach area was great. The staff were very friendly and the hotel in general was super clean and top notch user friendly.
Excellent welcome, great staff, early morning coffee with wake-up call, very friendly and efficient guest Services, hotel is a resort close to Beirut airport and easily accessible both from downtown and from the airport.
