It’s great for the price :) don’t expect luxury though. The rooms have a lovely view on the river with a comfy hammock to relax. Rooms are equipped with a good aircon. Bathroom is ok, water pressure ok and temperature lukewarm. There is no breakfast. Decent walking distance to the centre. (10 Min)

The room/bungalow is an absolute 10/10. So comfortable and spotless, with good wifi, a smart TV and a luxury hotel style bathroom. They will pick you up from the centre and offer other services too. Breakfast was really good and had a good variety compared to other places in town. The area is absolutely stunning and the price paid is worth it in our opinion .

absolutely gorgeous view. lovely room. amazing reception and staff service. pool with reflection of mountain and sky!!! Delicious dinner. Puppy. Honestly, this place is quite remote so I didn't expect high end. Amazingly luxurious for the hotel's remote location. Not 100% perfect big city luxury but still, WOW!

It's such an amazing resort in a beautiful setting. We felt immediately relaxed upon arrival. The staff and owner are so nice and welcoming. The food is excellent. We walked the entire town and decided this is the best place in town. We ended up eating all of our meals here. The pool facing the karst mountain is also a real treat. The room is comfortable with a wonderful view.

Despite the reviews, I really loved this place. Yes the bathrooms aren’t luxury but you get what you pay for. The beds are really comfy, staff are lovely, you’re right on the river, amazing free breakfast and the overall vibe is super chill. Ended up staying many nights and would come back again!

Although the smog from burning season obscured our view it was still a beautiful setting, I can only imagine the views with a clear sky. It's perfect for chilling. The accommodation is not luxury but your floating on a river in northern Laos what do you expect. Its comfortable and clean. We where slightly hesitant about there being no aircon, but surprisingly once the sun goes down its quiet chilly so no aircon needed. During the day the fans are more than adequate. Staff are friendly and accommodating.
