The staff were polite and helpful and generally quite accommodative. I had negative apprehensions given the earlier reviews and was pleasantly surprised. The resort is quite accessible by Yandex if you arrive in daytime, otherwise you need to reach out to the resort to make taxi bookings. The facilities are good, very good weather, good amenities and overall a pleasant stay. The breakfast was also very good.
Great location, a proper resort with lots of activities. You should pay for all the activities. Tree house bas a very good view but have to take the luggages up which was a hassel
The most important thing why we often stay at this particular hotel is the location, the nature. The territory of the resort is very beautiful and you can see that everything here is made with love.
We stay in tree houses, which always gives us the feeling that we are close to nature. It also allows for a good night's sleep.
It’s big resort in the beautiful location. Surrounded by the mountains and the wood. There are 3-4 restaurants in the resort. Good breakfast are included to the price of the hotel
The whole resort was huge and not very far from the Almaty town. Almost 20min to 30 min in taxi. We stayed in the tree house, it was warm and cozy with the great view of mountains. It was fully covered in snow as we traveled in December. The skiing facilities were great too except that they had very few people who could speak in English. People were very nice and tried the best to communicate using google translator.
Overall great and amazing experience......I suggest everyone to visit kazakhasthan is so beautiful and people are so kind and humble.... especially visit Oi Quaragi mountain resort worthful......
