Staff was extremely friendly and supportive. Room is very large and clean. Bathroom is alone an experience. It is generally a very well established resort with very good facilities. Having seperate pools for adults and families are also good. We went there on July and pool was cooled, it was little bit too cold for me but still good to have it when you are under 50oC. Sea water is clean but I have seen better beaches on Gulf region but still a good experience.
Huge room, clean and all the luxury was there. The bathroom was also large and clean. The bathtub was good enough for one person, but with jakuzi. Shower was also this "raining" type and the cold water part was refrigerated (those who live in GCC countries know what I mean!). Breakfast area was a bit tight but the food was nice (only, I couldn't find plain oats, but who cares :) ). The receptionist were all kind and helpful.
I stayed in an incredibly beautiful room with chic wall paint in a hotel unlike any I've seen before. It exuded luxury, elegance, and a fancy chic vibe. The reception staff was amazing, allowing us flexibility in the check-in and check-out process. It was truly the best stay I've had in Kuwait so far.
The hotel was very clean. Not so luxury.
Furniture is new.
Receptionists were kind.
Spicialy mahfoz, provided us upgrade to sweet.
Thanks to all. Spicialy mehfoz.
I liked quite everything: the location in the center of the skyscrapers, the lobby hall, the luxury breakfast room with an incredible choice of food, the roof terrace with panoramic views to the skyscrapers (don't miss to visit with and after sunset); I had room 905, bright with three windows and fantastic views, the comfortable bed.
The breakfast was exceptional. Probably the best of any luxury hotel in the country. The facilities were great, as they always are. And the rooms were spacious, and clean.
The bathroom had both a tub as well as a shower, and a large double sink. Really couldn't ask for more.
