Travelers who really want to “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal on-site amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions, and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas, or apartments.
It is a 5 star hotel resort but frankly speaking it doesn’t live up to it. The pool indoor is a joke and the service is bad. You find that finding your room or even the wellness club is a challenge. There is just very bad poor signages and most staff can’t even speak English.
Nice luxury guesthouse. Comfortable beds. The shared kitchen is a plus. Close to Unseo Sation. Easy to travel to Incheon Airport or Seoul city. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Friendly host.
I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and comfort of the room exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail in maintaining a tidy and inviting space made a noticeable difference. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and hospitality. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was met with efficiency and courtesy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding service.
It is self contained resort like hotel with a nice nature area surrounding for walk’s and the like.
Heated pool but you will need to buy tickets for that
Staff has shown tremendous customer service attitude as compared to Paradise City resort next door. Rooms were very big and clean, providing all the required amenities. Housekeeping were also done well. I would like to also commend staff “Nikko Jang” for his excellent customer service and help during our stay.
