Stayed at village block H at sono felice village. The apartment is big and accomodated us well for 5 family pax. Love the view from the balcony. Amenities is great with the kitchen and also the utensils are available. For village is really great if you like peace and quiet and away from the Vivaldi Park. Wake up to a great view and also fresh air calmness!!! If vivaldi park is your priority, stay at vivaldi park and not here unless a) you have your own transport or b) vivaldi park is NOT your priority

Other than the spaciousness, nothing particularly left a good impression. The cleanliness was not very satisfying, and overall, the visit was disappointing. Improvements are needed.

Travellers who truly “get away from it all” trust resorts to provide the pinnacle of all-inclusive relaxation. Resort guests are invited to enjoy communal onsite amenities like pools, spas, restaurants, activities, excursions and shops, and stay the night in luxurious private rooms, villas or apartments.
Convenience - there's a shuttle bus to Sono Moon, which is a few steps away from the ski resort. Would have been perfect if it went straight to the ticketing entrance.
Privacy - only two units per floor, and just a few floors per building.
We loved the heated pool with gorgeous mountains view. The room with 3 bedrooms and living room was perfect for 7 people. We enjoyed sitting on a balcony and having coffee in the mornings. The hotel is 10 minute drive to the Vivaldi Ski Resort. We loved our stay.
The Host John and his wife was fantastic! They helped shuttle all the guests to the Vivaldi Ski Resort and to the restaurant for meal time. The is a communal dinning area which guests could gather to make our own family BBQ (with a fee) with what you may buy from the local grocery store. It was nice to meet other guests and John was always there to ensure that his guests were comfortable.
Vivaldi is a good option for skiing. Should try skiing at night when it is not so crowded and has a different feel. The apartment we had was refurbished and was very comfortable.
There are paid lockers to store your luggage if you arrive early. There are quite a few options for food although it is a bit pricy as expected at a ski resort.
The host Mr Choi was excellent. The most heartwarming stayed I ever had where they tried their best to ensure my elderly parents have a good and comfortable stay with beds and food during the cold weather. The kids had a fantastic time. It was an excellent place to go to near the ski resort. Would love to come again in spring !
The hotel is located right opposite the Vivaldi ski resort, with plenty of eateries and indoor game centre, bowling alleys, indoor sports recreation available right below :) the staff are friendly and helpful.
Do note that:
- they only provide face towel for each person.
- additional futon and beddings can be requested at 11,000won at reception.
- all shops close at 10 pm, hence please buy up all the food you need before the closing time.
