The location is PERFECT - right on the beach with great sunsets. The restaurant serves food that felt like it was so much more rich and expensive than the menu prices. Friendly staff, cute kitties on sight, and free beach towels. Loved it.

Pictures lie, the property has nothing to offer and our air conditioning wasn’t working , the food I must say is really good however I wouldn’t recommend koi resort to couples it’s boring and overpriced, they took the money off my fiance card days after we left and I don’t think that’s appropriate why not charge it right away ??? I am so upset about this and I will never come back there !
Beautiful location overlooking ocean, dolphins. Great sunsets. Nice pool. Decent restaurants short drive, on-site restaurant with pleasant breakfast. Reasonable base for exploring area if have rental car. Overall, a more authentic island experience compared with higher priced resorts. Everything was clean and staff helpful.
I enjoyed everything about this resort. the location. the building itself is setup like a botanical garden. it is breathtaking. the ocean view. the mountain views. the beautiful staff. the friendly staff. the food. the drinks. the bad reviews are because you need a rental car if youre going to stay here. its a 5 mins drive from frigate bay and the marriott. book a rental car and you will not regret staying at the Koi resort.
St. Kitts it's beautiful and definitely worth the visit as long as you stay away from Koi Resort by Hilton
