From the moment we were checked in at the port lounge we were greeted with friendliness and efficiency. The captain of the boat for the hotel transfer was safe and confident. On arrival to the island we were greeted by waving staff members and this unwavering kindness persisted through the stay. The villa was stunning, clean and personalised as we were staying for our honeymoon. The staff were flexible to requests and accommodated our wishes at every point. The sand was immaculate and the turquoise sea was stunning. We did the extra activities with Sinoun and he was knowledgable, caring and really made the extra effort with special touches. The food was delicious both western and Khmer. The staff throughout our stay were professional, kind, genuine and always caring for us. The hotel is perfect for guests who want quiet private time or guests who want a bit more to do. The best hotel we’ve stayed at in Cambodia and we will return!

The resort is in an absolutely stunning location right by a beautiful beach and close to a charming pagoda. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was so relaxing and inviting that I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

The location is stunning! Longset Beach is the best on the island, in my opinion. We took a tour around the island and were so glad we'd chosen Longset rather than any other. We were really able to relax and spent long, lazy days doing little other than eating, drinking, and cooling off in the sea. It's the first drop off from the ferry (Pier Barcas) and at the quieter end, so it feels almost like a private beach (apart from the occasional jogger. The hotel staff met us and took our luggage to reception to check in. We had booked a bungalow, which was close to the beach. It's such a relaxing place and there are lots of bars and restaurants further along the beach to enjoy. The first night, the hotel did a bbq on the beach, which was a nice welcome before we'd had the chance to explore the other options. Nice pool, which isn't used much as it's right beside the glorious beach.

Facing the beachfront, Bird Nest Villas by Mafiya offers 5-star accommodation in Sihanoukville and has an outdoor swimming pool, garden and private beach area.

Nothing The property is advertised as separate secluded luxury villas, however they are attached to the Mafiya resort. All of the facilities were based out of Mafiya resort, which included just one substandard restaurant. The photos and website paint the picture of an exclusive villa accommodation, however they are extremely close together and to the main resort rooms, which were loud, and antisocial. Privacy was at a minimum, and food and drinks options were comical, based on the steep pricing. Staff were accommodating when we wanted to cancel the rest of our reservation after just one night and helped us at every turn.
