I’m glad I picked the right place to stay. The property is so beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. I love the service there, people so friendly and helpful. My best hotel experience during this trip. Everything was more than perfect. The house is beautiful with a very nice garden and pool. The rooms are more like small studios, very spacious and modern. The shower was a real rain forest shower that I enjoyed every time. The location was not too far from the main stuff to see. The service was more than excellent from beginning to end. A big crowd of staff is there with a big smile and treating you like a king. From airport pick up that was freely offered in my booking option that received us in a modern SUV with coconut and sented towels to clean our hands and water bottles to how we were greates at the entrance of the hotel…whatever I asked for, was done immediately. It is a small residence so it feels like we had the entire place to ourselves. We also had free massage daily as part of our booking promotion. I expected a cheap massage but it was a very professional one and one of the best I ever had. The hotel also arranged all our activities and transport and reservations very professionally and all at decent price. They accept US dollars for payment but I think it is a common thing in Cambodia wherever I went. I also had in room dining and it was delicious and at a decent price.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel in Siem Reap! Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with drinks, a fruit basket, and even given a Nokia mobile phone with a SIM card. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. The room was spacious, peaceful, and had a wonderful scent. The breakfast was delicious and served in generous portions. The hotel's ambiance was truly unique and serene. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Siem Reap!

It appears, I traveled during low season and the hotel upgraded me to a villa, which was a total surprise. I am sure I would have enjoyed my stay in the room I booked but the the stay at the villa was another level up! Very spacious and quiet, impeccably clean and well-stocked with drinking water. I was using the spa services daily and I was very satisfied with quality, courtesy of all therapists and cleanliness of the rooms. I didn't check prices outside of the resort and they are likely lower but the spa offers various discounts and the ambience is an important factor for me. If I ever travel to Siem Reap again, I will definitely stay again!

Breakfast and service were excellent. Well looked after upon arrival from day out with refreshments, nothing was ever to much.
Feel sorry for staff as no reception, just a shelter with tin roof, no walls. Owners please look after your staff and provide decent indoor reception area with travel or tour brochures, everything a resort should have. Your staff are the frontline of your company and reviews are based on their performance. Well done to all the staff, please look after them
We like the pool and garden and hotel food . Four bedroom villa is very nice , it’s bright and spacious. Hotel offer free afternoon , it’s very nice and breakfast is excellent . Kid love the animals in the resort . Playground is very good . Staff try their best to service us .
Staff were extremely accommodating and always smiling. We had quite a few requests to them as we had a busy schedule and my girlfriend was celiac, but they were always happy to help and were quick to accommodate our needs. The resort was very clean and the restaurant was great as well as the rooms being clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this place as it’s value for money is exceptional. We have been backpacking for nearly a month and wanted some proper luxury and this was perfect at an incredible price.

The staff at Eightfold Urban Resort took hospitality to a new level for us. From beginning to end we felt welcome and they made sure we had all we needed. Our room with private pool attached was pure luxury and felt like a dream. We would like to thank the Op. Manager Bill and our private overseer Anna for making our stay perfect! A big thanks to the two male bartenders/restaurant staff and the ladies of the in-hotel coffee bar as well for making the best shakes/smoothies and ice coffee! We could have stayed another two weeks..!
