The food was outstanding, and all the staff very friendly and looked after us superbly.The villas are beautiful, large and spacious and the villa pool large enough to swim short laps in, which we loved. We also love the ease of access to the island, just 10 minutes from the mainland on the hotel boat.

The staff were very friendly and pick up and drop off are included which makes the stay very reasonable. The lodge we stayed in was large, comfortable and very clean.
We ate lunch when we arrived was good.
We got a Grab taxi easily into the centre in the evening.

Overall we had a really lovely stay.
The resort is placed right on the beach and it’s possible to trek through the jungle to get to other parts. There’s plenty of hammocks to relax in, beach volley, boat trips and even microphones ready for a karaoke night!
The food was also nice, a little expensive but you’re on a remote island so it’s to be expected.
There’s quite the amount of trash on the beach, but if you fill up a bag of trash, you can get a drink! So win-win.
Very helpful manager, Flow, and staff friendly and laid back. Amazing location on a quiet bay on Koh Ta Kiev; the beach is almost exclusively for this resort, so it is not at all busy.
The rooms are simple and if you are happy with rustic, open air living species shared with local bats, lizards and insects, then this will suit you.

Private rustic bathroom (was listed as shared so that was a nice surprise), some phone/data reception if you were lucky.
Electricity was available in our room from the generator ran from Dusk until about 23:00,
Nice walk through the island to the other resorts for a change of scenery and food/drink options.
Amazing beach only reachable from the resort, special and great homely atmosphere, hospitality and staff. Especially the craft and work out spaces provided a lot of fun for our kids.
Amazing chilled out vibes at this eco-conscious resort. The beach is amazing and right on your doorstep. Beds were comfortable and facilities were great and clean. Food was amazing just a little pricey but I guess this is expected of a small island. Loved the workout studio and crafts area. Plenty of hammocks under the trees to lie and read/take in the incredible surroundings.
The place is beautiful, there’s plenty of space to chill and relax. The resort is close to beautiful beaches. Kactus has an amazing cuisine. Furthermore, they offer free yoga and meditation classes and several workshops.

Nestled in a forest just by the sea on a secluded island, this resort has everything you would look for if your goal is to get away from the buzyness of the city, reconnect with nature and slow-down !
The food was amazing: the portions were huge and the taste was great (special mention to the mozzarella sticks !).
