The food was outstanding, and all the staff very friendly and looked after us superbly.The villas are beautiful, large and spacious and the villa pool large enough to swim short laps in, which we loved. Location and beach at Kactus were beautiful. The day long jungle trek run by volunteer Sara was one of the highlights of our stay in Cambodia. We saw a rare snake, learned about the wildlife and plants and had the opportunity to snorkel in two beautiful remote beaches and jumping/swimming from Elephant rock. We had a family sea view bungalow. The design was beautiful with views to the sea and as it was open to the jungle we felt we got to experience the sights and sounds of nature on our doorstep. The staff and guests work really hard to keep the beach free of plastic litter that washes up. There was a really interesting mix of people and the vibe was very relaxed. Food was good. Staff were really kind. There were lots of options for activities in the day - yoga, mediation, a games and music room.
