The property is advertised as separate secluded luxury villas, however they are attached to the Mafiya resort. All of the facilities were based out of Mafiya resort, which included just one substandard restaurant.
The photos and website paint the picture of an exclusive villa accommodation, however they are extremely close together and to the main resort rooms, which were loud, and antisocial. Privacy was at a minimum, and food and drinks options were comical, based on the steep pricing.
Staff were accommodating when we wanted to cancel the rest of our reservation after just one night and helped us at every turn.

Very nice hotel! Excellent location with huge private beach. Close to Sihanouk town. Hotel staff were great and always helpful and proactive in every aspect. Breakfast was excellent with huge variety! Food choices in restaurants were plentiful and affordable.
We went diving from Sihanoukville and to get to the dive center was only a 20 mins Touktouk ride. So even for that the location was great. No need to get to a hotel on Koh Rong to go diving.

The staff were very friendly and pick up and drop off are included which makes the stay very reasonable. The lodge we stayed in was large, comfortable and very clean.
We ate lunch when we arrived was good.
We got a Grab taxi easily into the centre in the evening.

Very stylish and quality garden resort close to the beach. Quiet place to sleep, nice swimming pool. We borrowed a kanoe and took a ride on the river which is located just behind the resort.
Taking Tuktuk you can get very easily to other parts of Sihanoukville.
I would definitely come back as I felt very comfortable staying at this place.
Everything was very good, but the employees were just fantastic, especially Sokea, who was amazing: nice and very, very helpful. Also the manager was very nice and helpful.
