Beautiful property and gorgeous large rooms. The grounds and beach was kept very clean and tidy. All of the staff (except one! who served us the wrong wine then argued and got very grumpy about switching it.) made our stay exceptional. I feel bad even mentioning that because EVERYONE else was so welcoming, kind, thoughtful, diligent and couldn’t do enough to help, always with a smile.
I had read some of the bad reviews when booking and hesitated to book. If you are in the situation, do not hesitate. This is a little slice of paradise and deserves its 5 stars!
The beach is stunning and they do a great job keeping it very clean. You do get hassled by the local vendors when you venture out of the hotels part of the beach, I just walked very quickly into the sea and it was fine! They are just trying to make a living and a firm ‘no thank you’ does work if needed. Although we did also get a great price on a beautiful wooden carving made bespoke so hey ho, swings and roundabouts.
The food is also excellent. The Indian restaurant was our favourite, although the buffet is also a very high standard and lots of choice

We went to Chale for our honeymoon and felt extremely special. All the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make us enjoy every moment of our trip. Food was great with a choice of local and western food. We did the all inclusive package and we had a great choice of drinks with all the cocktails included. The Penthouse is amazing with great views and is really well maintained. I really hope we get to visit again in the future and meet all the friends we made there!
The Resort offers many different activities and facilities which satisfy even the most demanding water lovers. The food was very good though not too varied, the room very spacious and clean and the personnel very welcoming. The SPA center is great and the three pools offer enough space for everyone to enjoy a nice swim.
