This is a beautiful resort with individual house that comes with private onsen. In addition, we can book the family onsen which is well equipped and bigger. It has indoor and outdoor onsen. Amenties were plenty with free beverages, facial product including masks. The keisenki dinner and breakfast were awesome, worthy of michelin star. The service rendered by the staff was excellent. Very hardworking and energetic staff, you see them carrying your luggage, clean your house and serve your food.
We stayed for our wedding anniversary and was expensive for the night. The room was comfy and the beds were very good. The view overlooking the town is very nice! All staff were very nice and welcoming.
The hot tub was very nice and a luxury!
Dinner was a 9 course meal and breakfast was a large serving of a traditional breakfast.
My room is extra significant for a solo traveller. the environment provided an experience like living in a traditional luxury Japanese flat. The staff is helpful and friendly, they try their best to introduce what kinds of services and notes that you need to pay attention.
Loved everything about this place, from the onsen, the scenery around the resort, the facilities. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely unforgettable. I highly recommend Baien for an experience of a lifetime. Staff were very friendly.
There are few rooms only which made it a very private vacation in such beautiful resort.
Everyone of us are very happy with the special treatment from the resort staff. Will certainly stay here again next time. Thumb up!
it’s just as shown on the photos . comfortable and clean with all the necessary essentials also with kettle and drinks available for us.
best of all is the service . to cater to my group’s food allergy , there’s detailed exchange of messages to check and ensure the food is suitably prepared for my party with different allergies.
we arrived later than planned due to long queues at the hakata station and missed our initial booked bus shuttle to the resort but the assistant specially arranged for an additional pick up for us ! superb service !!
