We liked everything: location, bigger rooms, comfortable beds, attention of their staff, complimentary ramen at night. It is a simple hotel, not a luxury resort, but it checked all of our boxes. Thank you!
walking distance to Matsumoto Castle, the 2 popular streets with Arts/Crafts & a short walk to the Museum of Modern Art.
Addresses in Japan can be challenging. I was able to call the host and he talked me through finding the apt. Liked the all inclusive batthroom/shower and kitchenette. Our upstairs flat had 2 separate bedrooms , with 2 futons in each (Although we only needed 2 beds )
This is not a luxury hotel but rooms are well designed, clean, spacious enough for short stay. The on site onsen is fabulous and location is short walk from train station. Breakfast is included and terrific.
The staff was so lovely and helpful, suggesting to change the day of my activities to optimise my experience depending on the weather. They drove me around to restaurants or to the ski resort at no cost.
The onsens were amazing too and the hotel so cosy. 100% would go back.
Everything was perfect. You know is not a luxury hostel, but it was cute and comfy. Everything was fine and the facilities are greatful. Perfect location to be far to the crowd, close to the nature. The room was really nice, the mattress was really comfy !
Thanks to the boss, he's an amazing person very helpful and kind.
This was a really exceptional stay with a finedining experience. I liked the interior, the whole hotel and its philosophy. I even liked the fact there was no flat Tv in the room but a Bohse soundbox. Money cant buy everything, but one can spend it for worthless luxury and this Hotel has a real taste.
