Incredibly beautiful design with a lot of love for details, very clean, super friendly staff and delicious fresh and healthy food (they even adjusted their meals to a vegetarian option just for us). Together with the fresh towels, they gave us little drip coffee bags of a local roaster as a gift every day. We really loved that :)
Also the ocean view from our balkony was stunning.

Excellent Staff including Stefano, reception staff who helped throughout our stay and first checked us in, Hiro at Beach Cafe and waiter serving us at Breakfast and Dinner. To be honest all the staff were very personable and went out of their way to help us. The resort were very flexible and accommodating to all our needs, especially for my wife who did not eat meat and is not adventurous with Japanese cuisine. The whole experience was amazing. We very much liked all the facilities and grounds of the resort, the beach and separate cove, sunset area and restaurant and open cafe.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The fact that a deserted beach is available with just a 3-minute walk from the hotel was fantastic! I never had the luxury of having a beach with literally no one around... it was perfect.
The hotel owner is very helpful and can provide recommendations if needed. I loved how far away from the city this hotel was; it was super relaxing!
Third visit in past 5 years. Always look forward to our stays in Ishigaki. Peace of mind knowing that we are staying at ANA InterContinental Ishigaki Resort. Highest standards and amenities always met. Great location, food and drink services and exemplary staff.
Whilst it’s a distance from the main city, it’s perfectly located for the beach and particularly the Fusaki Beach Resort, just over the road, who are happy for you to visit them. Amazing sunsets viewed from the pier. It’s a great size property, very comfortable with everything you need
The location was out of the town however there was a large resort in walking distance. We found the owner so welcoming going above normal service to make sure we were comfortable. We loved that there were animals ( bunnies , ducks , small owl and horse. The room size and bathroom set up were very large and worked well for our family
Incredible resort, great public bath, cool pool, super friendly staff and good restaurants. The staff helped with any requests and assisted on booking an island tour by bus.
Great breakfast and good facilities. Nice view from the resort. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
Indoor pool was great when it was raining. Outdoor pool somewhat small, but we did not experience many guests using it in late March. Plenty of space ar the sunbeds.
Great facilities for babies. Babyfood, chairs in public bath etc.
We also enjoyed the public bath.
Highly recommended resort!
This was a really fun family resort! It had awesome swimming pools and a splash park which the kids loved! There were a variety of restaurants and while some of them need reservations, we always managed to find one to eat at and enjoyed the food options. The staff were really helpful and kind.
