The room is clean and calm, we got free upgrade to larger room.
The location is walking distance from the nearest Fuji bus stop (the green line)
The owner is very nice.
He offered us a free shuttle service to the station and to Fuji Q Highland Resort.
We stayed in a luxury tent in Kawaguchiko after climbing Mt. Fuji, and it was the perfect place to relax. The tent comfortably accommodated four people and had an equipped kitchen and barbecue. The private toilet was a bonus, and the shared bathroom was spacious and fully equipped. The location in the middle of the forest, with birds singing and spectacular views of the lake and Mt. Fuji, made it an extremely relaxing experience. Highly recommended for nature lovers!
To name it as a resort is out of my expectation. There is no facilities like one except a hot spring they charge even when you are not using.
The hotel was very very far away from main spot without transportation arround..
Was exceptionally clean, organized and all inclusive for everything we needed. Even free laundry( washer and dryer) and parking!! Chica was unbelievably hospitable. This facility and location is exceptional. As a plus, Mount Fuji was RIGHT OUTSIDE OUR FRONT DOOR💯
Homey and comfortable stay. Resort has a “cool” feel to its exterior. Clean room. Delicious breakfast. Fresh ingredients for BBQ/hotpot. Plenty of signage on the way from train station so quite easy to find.
Breakfast was simple but varied. Food was labelled with pictures to indicate ingredients making it easier for those with special dietary requirements. The mart at ground floor is self-service. Sells Japanese goodies at good prices.Staffs are friendly. Picking out yukatas and amenities were all self service.Shuttle service to the main station is quick and reliable.Theres also an onsen within the resort. Full views of mt fuji from window and dining area for breakfast.
Very nice camping resort with all the amenities to do BBQ, the staff is very friendly, the Japanese bath amazing, the room very comfy, we loved it ! In the middle of the forest :)
Good service with free shuttle. Good location. Nice environment near the lake and good landscape. Good view of both the lake and Mount Fuji. Room is big and whole hotel is big. Restaurant is in location with nice view and good food. Nice to be strolling in the nearby resort areas.
