Nice hotel. Comfortable, convenient and helpful staff. Very near to Kaihimakkuhari station which is connected via Skybridge to Apa Hotel & Resorts. A shuttle bus service is available at gate no 12 (2200 ¥ per person) from Narita Intl AP to .Apa Hotel & Resorts.

Lots of things to around the resort. Made a first time traveller feel very comfortable because all the facilities I needed were mapped out on the info sheet I received at the start. I also liked that using amenities in your room didn't upcharge you.

The resort is really big, with Lawson, bars and restaurants inside. The hotel is walking distance from the messe in Chiba so it is a nice option if you have an event there. The public bathroom is also nice, with stone-made baths and really hot and steamy. They also have a massage place there that was really nice.

Great location, good room size and all the luxury hotel touches you want after a long flight (pjs, slippers, bath, English movies on the tv etc). The staff were very service orientated, helpful and spoke English.
