A special mention goes to Yara, who looked after us throughout our stay. She made our experience truly lovely, assisting with our extra requests and being available 24/7. Yara catered to us and our friends exceptionally well, ensuring every detail was perfect. Her dedication and warmth made our visit memorable. The rooms were very clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Security seemed higher than elsewhere perhaps reflecting current regional tensions - saw the same thing at another resort so not that this hotel was over reacting.
We chose the package with breakfast and evening happy hours with snacks - this latter item was great value and sometimes all we had at night !
Staff and service. Amazing decor and cleanliness. Food was also amazing. Location was amazing. True reflection of a luxury 5 star hotel.
