The property had cockroaches, lizards , and a lot of mosquitoes, but it is pretty along the beach and the pool area. A lot of the staff was rude especially the women. I put in a complaint asking to be refunded because of the Lizards , cockroaches and mosquitoes that were in my room and I haven’t heard anything from them

This is my 3rd visit to the resort and I remain mostly pleased. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the housekeeping staff efficient. The resort remains one of my top 5 and will always be my go to spot for fun and relaxation.
