The ambiance was good.
Some staff, especially in restaurants, were ok, but the best part was Ms. champagney from room service. She is really wonderful a diamond at the resort.
The resort itself was nice. The food was good, entertainment was great, drinks, pools, slides for the kids…. It’s a great vacation spot, they just need to work out the kinks!
I like the size of the rooms at this property. The amenities are great, there’s so much to do without leaving the resort. All of the staff is amazing that’s what made me come back. They’re very accommodating.
The resort was clean, quiet and tucked away from the family side of the sister resort. There were lots of dining options but we didn’t have to walk far to get to them. We loved the beach and pools and enjoyed how easy the resort was to navigate. The staff were incredibly kind and treated us very well. The food and drinks were very delicious.
Great staff and resort. They did a great job making all the restaurants available even during renovations. The beach was gorgeous. Definitely recommend Diamond Club!! The butlers are wonderful!
