Excellent rooms, thoughtful amenities such as double windows to block noise, excellent size of room with views of the ocean, and great resort amenities. The grounds gardens were gorgeous. Staff was gracious.
A gem. The location is outstanding. While not per se luxury, the house is wonderful, the service is warm and great and you feel treated as special. We were upgraded in the Belvedere house which is great. Pools are heated and very nice.
Lovely location along the coast; elegant hotel with relaxed resort ambience. Light-filled interior public spaces including the breakfast room. Breakfast had a good selection. Our room was clean, with beautiful crisp linen; and a spacious balcony with view over the sea and the town in the distance; great for watching sunrise. The reception staff, Daniela and her team, made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed our stay very much. And highly recommend this hotel.
A spacious, well appointed flat in a nice and calm residential area. This is not a luxury flat, but a comfy and welcoming space for single travellers, couples, or families. Staff was also very generous in allowing me to check out late for a final dip in the sea before my departure. I would definitely return!
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable with a nice view. We booked on value so we were not expecting a luxury property. The hotel was what we were expecting in a great location.
The room was giant, expected big size since it was a junior suite. It had a fantastic living area. The bathroom was giant as well, very luxury and modern. Bathroom products were awesome, AC worked perfectly, the bed was big with awesome linen, very comfortable for a good rest. Lots of complimentary stuff expected from a 4* hotel that delivers.
The location was excellent, close to absolutely everything to know in the area and for transport to portofino (couple of blocks to the bus station of ferry).
The apartment was very large with a great kitchen space. The location is great, only a 20 minute walk into Portofino or half hour walk to Santa Margherita. The beach out front is largely used by surrounding resorts but there is a public beach a short walk away.
Beautiful, clean resort property. Excellent food. Great pool and beach. Definitely 5 star service. Highly recommend.
