The facility was big and situated on a hill so we had the view of the city, has a beautiful garden surrounding the facility. I booked a suite that came with a sofa bed for my daughter so the space was adequate, the bathroom and toiletries were amazing and well designed. The decor is what was expected of a 5 star, the staff were ok except in the Resturant serving daily breakfast buffet the food was amazing and the selection was fantastic, the Resturant staff were very welcoming and caring.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Luxury B & B. The location is perfect. It is very close to tourist destinations in Rome and Rome termini. The staff is very kind and has a very good communication via a what's up application. For example, in the morning, the coffee bar for the breakfast was closed. The staff quickly solved the problem and allowed me to have breakfast at another coffee bar. She told me that she will refund the breakfast payment after I pay the payment. I believe that I will receive the refunding soon.
I genuine enjoyed my staying at the Luxury Vatican rooms. Besides the great location and nice, clean room, the stuff was super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place !
Location was great but it’s the staff that make it. They are amazing very attentive, it’s more a vocation to them than just a job. From checking in to breakfast the next morning (which was amazing to by the way) we were greeted warmly and the service was on point.
When checking in we very surprised to be we told we had been given a room upgrade to the honeymoon suite. What a way to finish off our last night in Italy with some real luxury.
The most beautiful and luxurious apartment in the centre of Rome. Close to many attractions that you can walk to, right downstairs is a cool shopping street filled with lots of cafes and bistros, but the flat is not noisy at all.
The accommodation is clean and well equipped.
Special mention that the host was very responsive and the cleanliness and quality of furnishings was equivalent to a luxury hotel . Highly recommended!
This is definitely from traveling all over the world, staying from luxury resorts to simple hotels, a highlight. Simple because of the people/staff in this hotel. Always a welcome feeling, the hotel is built in the same style as the houses nearby, it was very easy to travel to Rome city center and the area of Aventino is very relaxing and safe. A true recommendation.
Although the location is slightly out of the way it had all the amenities to get to the centre of Rome and still feel like your in a luxury resort. The pool is fantastic!
