The hotel oozes luxury, everything is tidy, shiny and tasteful. The staff are very helpful and nice. Rooms are nice and clean and the spa is just the perfect thing to relax after a long ride, with indoor whirlpools, regular pool, outdoor pool and the saunas. Even has a kneipp pathway with aromatherapy oils sprayed in the air. Magical. The breakfast was astounding also, everything you could possibly want was an option. They also provided a garage for our motorcycle.
Stunning resort. Great veranda to enjoy drink or coffee in the morning or evening. Lovely breakfast, great indoor and outdoor pool. Very close to the lake and a short walk into central riva.
The room was spacious and beautifully designed, with modern furnishings and a generous balcony offering breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast featuring freshly baked pastries, local cheeses, cold cuts, and fresh fruits. This perfect blend of luxury and natural beauty made for an unforgettable experience, and I highly recommend this property for a serene and indulgent getaway.
Lovely friendly welcome. Everything neatly explained. Comfy bed and shower was powerful and hot! Breakfast was actually very comparable to all other resort type breakfasts. Two days earlier we were in a 4 star and it was exactly the same. :) Tasty, plenty of choice and nice kind service. Location is a 12 min walk to Riva old town - but the coastal path make's it worth while. It's not a frilly kind of place but for a budget option, it warmly deserves an 8.5!
Excellent location, we were visiting Riva for a family wedding in the resort next door so was perfect for us.
Breakfast was great, continental buffet with plenty of choice.
Facilities were all nice and clean.
