We had a very fun stay. The villa is charming and intimate, with lots of opportunities to connect with other guests. There’s communal aperitivo in the evening.
The view is beautiful, and the pool and spa are lovely. The staff are exceptionally helpful and provided lots of great recommendations for restaurants and wineries - we had some of our best meals in Italy as a result.
The location is great - it’s a less touristy area of Tuscany, very close to lots of beautiful small towns. The valley is lovely, but not the rolling vineyard-covered hills of Montepulciano (if that’s what you’re after) - Montepulciano is an easy drive though!

This is an exceptional hotel in an exceptional location. The breakfast was excellent and beautifully served in the garden, offering an incredible view of the landscape. The personnel were very helpful and friendly. We toured several small cities in Tuscany, and among all the locations and hotels, this one stood out as the best by far.
