We loved the location of this hotel – right next to downtown and walking distance to the main lifts. Our room was wonderful too, with an enormous balcony (perfect for sunbathing or drying clothes). And the daily complimentary snacks (fresh fruit, etc) and sauna/pool area were great amenities. Feels like a spa resort just minutes from downtown.
Gorgeous setting in the quiet valley, with views of the Dolomites from our room. I loved the pool after a long morning of hiking. The breakfast and dinners were AMAZING! I would definitely recommend this resort stay.
Beautiful hotel with luxury furnishings, comfortable bed, soothing sound of creek rushing below, amazing breakfast. Honour bar available all day. Sauna, infrared room and jet showers available downstairs. Very quiet. Short walk into Ortisei town or free bus pass provided. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Luxury hotel with beautiful view of mountains, tasty breakfast, so kindly staff, room was big with balcony, Sky SPA. Everything was perfect! Shuttle bus to ski resorts. Highly recommended! ❤️
Excellent and helpful staff. Easy access to both the towns of Ortisej or Castelrotto and the ski resorts. Delicious and abundant breakfast and dinner. Its really clean and tidy inside rooms. What we liked most was that we were lucky with the weather, sun, sun and again sun in the mountains during our stay :)
