We loved the hosts, the tours, the tasting, the pool, and the restaurant. It was everything and more what one could expect from the pictures. We tried everything that the place had to offer. We managed to squeeze all of it into 2 nights, but I highly recommend to book 3 nights. The selection of wines is just perfect. 8 of them and everyone should find something for themselves or to pair it with specific dish.

The rooms are clean, spacious and peaceful each with a sizeable balcony, air conditioning unit and lovely views. Common areas are really well kept generally but the building itself could do with a fresh coat of paint on the exterior as it looked a bit grubby. Lovely pool area right next to the bar and outdoor restaurant which both look really pretty at night.
The staff here are so helpful right from our arrival; we didn’t expect to be able to check in straight away because we were a bit early but they made us feel so welcome and were really accommodating throughout.
We can definitely recommend getting a taxi with Bartellemo (ask at reception to book) into Mazara del Vallo (for us, it cost €10 each way). He doesn’t speak a word of English but with a few phrases in our basic Italian and a little bit of help from reception, we were able to arrange time and location for pick up for an evening sampling Mazara’s beautiful scenery and enjoy a lovely meal without worrying about parking and driving through the little town.

As you would expect from a resort hotel, there were extensive grounds housing the individual chalets, which were spacious and clean. Dinner at the hotel was excellent, and the staff were professional. Breakfast was substantial with lots of variety. Parking onsite was available. Well recommended.
Rosita, Georgia and the new young girl whose name I can’t recall were excellent. They were charming, friendly and extremely helpful and we greatly appreciated their outstanding service.
The hotel’s location was perfect and a very short walk to the Centro Storico. Our room (Tramonte) on the first floor of the modern wing was spacious and comfortable with a compact kitchen.
This was our second stay at rainbow resort as we loved it the first time we stayed a few years ago. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed it. It is a family fun buissness and all the hosts were so friendly and polite. They speak English as well which always helps. We got a room upgrade which was really spacious with a balcony.
Exactly as described. Brilliant location, a few minutes walk from the train station (where the airport shuttle drops you) a short stroll into the heart of the old town. Shops, restaurants, areas of interest, all on your door step. Would highly recommend. The luxury of having all the space and facilities as well as the location made it a little home from home.
The Resort is in a wonderful country location: the hospitality was great and the food good. Ag reat centre for visiting Marsala especailly if you want to get away from "cities" for a while.
