The chef makes for dinner modern takes on traditional fare, if Michelin should dine there, it would have been awarded with a star. Excellent fresh breakfasts and lovely staff. The place looks remote, but within half an hour you’re in three baroque cities or at sandy beaches. Also a kitchenette and small well-kept swimming pool. Extreme value for money.

May 2023 - Giorgo the owner was nice, the room and bathroom were super clean! The house is really nice. The swimming pool looked amazing but we did not use it because of the weather. Breakfast was good and with a variety of options. We would definitely come back! It is just 10-15 mins away from Modica and the roads are in good quality. It is a nice opportunity to sightsee the fields around this area.

Location was quiet. Breakfast was good with eggs and special requests . The dining staff was extremely professional. We enjoyed dinner in the lovely outdoor garden.The chef, service and dinner was exceptional . We would definitely return.

the location was amazing, very close to San Lorenzo beach with free parking and beach admission. the room was comfortable, and the pool looked nice, but we didn’t use it (we prefer the beach). Breakfast was sufficient enough for us, eggs made how we liked when asked. About a 15 minute drive to Noto and Marzamemi, with lots of restaurants and shopping seaside. a nice quiet resort In a good location.
