Excellent location within five minutes of the bus station in a quiet part of Grado. Helpful and courteous staff, excellent breakfast included. Very good value for this resort location…especially in the off season.
The staff was nice and helpful. We had a slow drain in the shower and it was fixed the same day. We had a very late check-in that went smoothly with the help of the staff who pre-arranged access to our key. Grado is a great resort town with plenty to do and see. The restaurants were nice and the beach was great. The room was adequate for our needs.

The location was the highlight of this stay. It is right next to a shore and a marina. The resort has a potential given it would remove some junk from the prioerty and invested in renovation.
The location was good since we planned to go to the beach every day. The pool was big and not too crowded, which was great for us. Our son really enjoyed it.
The restaurant was good, and the prices were reasonable. The nearby beach wasn't good for swimming, but our dog had a blast. The water was shallow, and our dog had fun chasing crabs.
The group of people who entertained us at the resort was friendly, and our son really liked them. The air conditioning in the bungalow worked really well, which was a relief in the heat.
charming camp ground, luxury mobile homes also cost its money, don't know about standard or basic ones, shop and restaurant very good , fresh bakeries also available close by , eurospar in driving distance (3 min), relaxed check out time very helpful staff!
