-The resort is located close to an absolutely amazing private beach where we had reserved beach chairs. This along with the Baia Restaurant/Lounge was an amazing part of the resort.

- Swimming pool that had enough seating for everyone
- Club lounge and staff there were lovely
- Wristbands were a great way to manage access
The pool is perfect, large and very nice. All the resort is very nice, with tall trees, few entrances to the building. Apartment has everything you need, basic things fot cooking.
Very nice appartment with private garden, equipped pretty much with everything you need. On the beach you have free sunbeds and very nice beach bar. In the resort there is also swimming pool area and small playground for the kids and... big outdoor chess. Big supermarket just 500m away.
The resort was very clean and the staffs are adorable, 3min walk to the beach,possibility to stay after check out and use all resort’s facility as clubhouse , pool,parking ....
We stayed innthe two floor villa with pool. Villa was great and thebpool and lounge were amazing.
Reception staff were great and made us feel welcome.
Reception is about 10 minute walk from the actual resort however which was slightly confusing on arrival.
Overall, the resort was exceptional. The proximity to restaurants, mini markets, shops. We also liked the swimming pool and playground. The proximity to parks was also enjoyable as well as the garden. Free parking spot. Also the resort is closed and requires a pin code to enter or exit, so it feels very safe, especially if you have children. The apartment was nice, with a lot of amenities and a generous balcony.
Nice new resort. Our condo unit had lots of space and fit our family well. Grounds are beautiful, and the pool was awesome. Enjoyed the location, and Caorle town was interesting too. Just wish the weather was nicer when we stayed there, too much rain, but one afternoon of sun.
