The cottages are close to the beach and have a swimming pool that’s not used by the other resorts, so it was very peaceful. There were a few different locations for swimming (small coves and ladders going into deeper water), each with umbrellas and chairs for free, and the 10 min boat trip to the larger beach (with a small cost) was also really nice because there was a lot of white sand and calm swimming. My room was nicely furnished and the bathroom was updated.
The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was decent; breakfast options were always the same and standard hotel food, and the dinner buffet changed each night offering many options, including a meat/ fish station and a pasta station.
The staff were polite overall, especially the restaurant staff.
I appreciated the eco-friendly aspects in the resort, like the electric cars, vans, and carts.

An amazing resort. The room was beautiful, amazing facilities, and the staff were lovely and super helpful. But the best part was the beaches! Clear blue water and close to the rooms.
Breakfast was very good and view outstanding from terrace. We had a beautiful room - furnished well, clean, very large with fantastic terrace area with relaxing sofa. The sea was clear, warm and stunning to swim in. Plenty of sun beds around the resort.

The location is wonderful, several beaches and pools and restaurant options, the animal farm very nice for kids, the fascinating old town on the top of the hill, the sport options and the night entertainment at the amphitheatre . The entire structure is amazing and merged into a beautiful natural landscape made of mediterranean and exotic vegetation facing the usual Sardinian crystal waters and that's why, in the end, I would recommend this resort despite the bad organization
We had the most amazing week in Arbatax Resort - The Dune, it was the first stop on our honeymoon and we loved every second of it. The service we got is the best I've had out of all hotels/resorts I've ever been to, they booked everything what we wanted to do for us, boat tours, renting a boat for a day, spa, massage etc. Kayaks and paddle boards are free to use. Staff was super kind and helpful and we have mention Barbara in that sentence, she was definitely the person who made our stay extra awesome! Thank you so much!
