First of all the staff: corteous, competent, smiling: in the dining hall, on the beach premises, in the lobby. During our stay at the hotel there have also been some busy days: staff members didn't change attitude: they always met us with a smile, a kind word, trying to take care of a wish or the expressed need. A special compliment goes to Babyrose, Antika and Uday who made us "feel at home". Then we liked the wonderful, long, sandy beach, perfect for walks and enjoy the arabic sea. For those who like to swim it's a very good place: you can have nice swims both in the sea (usually calm, warm water) and in the large pool of the hotel: we never found it overcrowded; there were separate, bounded areas for children and adults. We also liked the food. We stayed for six nights so we decided to have three dinners at hotel enjoying the buffet and went out for three other nights. Along the beach, within walking distance there are various schacks which serve good food, especially fish and, if you wish (as we did) you can enjoy it right on the shore, in front of the sea. But also the food served at the buffet of the resort was good and varied with many indian - and goan - dishes. Same to say for the breakfast with a pretty big choice were you could have indian specialities or more - for us - traditionals like bread, toasts, cakes, butter, eggs or whatever (including fresh fruit juices).
Last but not least, we appreciated together with the huge, lush garden (and the many birds), the cleanliness of the property: there was allways somebody around cleaning or tyding up.

Huge disappointment, the rooms are extremely tired and need urgent and drastic renovation... This hotel seems to be stuck in the past.. Relying on its reputation from 20 years ago... The rooms need complete renovation.. How is this a 5 star resort???? More like 3 stars..... The Sea Queen in Colva was much much better...... And cheaper too. L

I liked the hotel generally but the size of my suite and the staff attitude were particularly endearing.
I was particularly impressed by Alexander, the manager who went out of his way to help me with the problem I had encountered with my Indian debit card!

The overall property is fabulous. It's location and resort facilities make it all inclusive Goan experience. I did not step out during my entire 5 days stay.
The property has well cushioned pillows, The facilities for kids and swimming pool are fantastic.
I also enjoyed the golf course and it has a nice sitting arrangement near the beach.
We had a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in Caravela Beach Resort.

The Caravela Beach Resort is in an ideal location in South Goa, on beautiful Varca Beach. The facilities are fantastic. We loved using the large outdoor pool and cycling along the beach. The breakfast is the best Hotel breakfast we have ever had. The staff were incredibly helpful, in particular Aggima and Peter who helped us sort Wi-Fi issues and room arrangements. They helped to make our stay incredibly comfortable. We would love to return one day.
It was a great stay at Caravella Beach Resort, it is very beautiful, the staff is extremely polite, friendly and helpful.
We would especially like to thank Carolina of the housekeeping staff for her meticulous cleaning, helping us where ever she could and for the lovely towel-art animals she made for us. She took care of the mess we made after the Mehendi, helped us ironing our clothes and was generally helpful during our entire stay.

It was a pleasure staying at Caravela Beach Resort. Very nice resort with excellent food and service. The staff there were very courteous, especially Iaan. Very pleasing guy. My birthday was celebrated on 29th Oct, 2022 at the hill top facing the beach. It was very amazing n spectacular watching the beach from the hilltop.
Caravela beach resort is an amazing property located right on the beach with all the facilities available inside the resort.The private beach is very clean and has mostly all visitors from Caravela resort only.The beach also has all the water sports activities available.
Thought i had a pleasant stay i would like to suggest the resort to do quite a few improvements in its management.
