Overall stay was good. The location is good and very scenic. The staffs were good and polite. The place is accessible to few beaches nearby. The outside restaurants are quite far so need to inform the resort kitchen well in advance for any lunch and dinner and they were generous to take our request. The breakfast and dinner was good.
They have kids play room which has many toys and games and our kids enjoyed being there and playing.
The hotel is like a resort with reasonable tarrif rate, a quiet place, 13km from Ratnagiri railway station. Home made breakfast, lunch and dinner is available by placing order in advance. View is beautiful from the dining place. Th owner and staff were friendly, helpful and made arrangement for riksha to visit nearby attractions. Overall nice experience.
View of Bungalows and pin drop silance area at location .... Facilities are amazing like 5 star Resort or more.....Kitchen is ready with required equipment too .Wash room are too big and neat and clean..

Situated in the middle of a mango plantation, this is a very peaceful resort. I enjoyed the fresh clean air. The staff were attentive and the food ok, but lacking in choice. Very clean but the facilities are minimal and it is advised that you bring wine if you want a drink as there is no bar.
