we booked a basic room with the resort the room was very small and the main problem was mosquitoes wee had to cancel our stay and move to another place. but the staff and management were very helpful and understood our situation and did the needful.

The place is quite divine and serene and the best location to stay away from the crowd. The staff were polite and friendly and everything was slick and span. Watching peacocks in the surroundings was a pleasant surprise and we had fun too with the great zip lining experience over the river. We had a great welcome from the staff with a cake too and a wonderful message carved on the bed for our 25th wedding anniversary. Thanks for that.

The view and proximity of beach is awesome. Its fantastic to have a private beach in this price. Well maintained resort. The staffs are cool that you dont feel that you are in a resort, you will feel home. The owner is just awesome kind man. Jithesh is also a yoga master, can help you teach a yoga session on beach. You may feel you become a millioner. The aminities are good, and the best that they dont have a TV, so you can spent time calm and with your family.

Kanan Beach Resort was a great surprise. We discovered a very beautiful and quiet paradise. The place was very well thought. The beach in Nileshwar is incredibly beautiful. The team of Kanan Beach was very professional. We were welcomed by the French owners of the hotel who were very friendly. The restaurant is also excellent. Maybe my favorite hotel in India so far.

The location is ideal for relaxation and for enjoying the real beauty of seaside. Not a crowded place, the sea is just 100-200 meters away from the property. The manager and the other two staff members were very warm and helpful. Though the property don't have their own restaurant, the food served was homemade,local, and tasty.
It's just like a Home stay with 4 bedrooms, not a sophisticated resort with so many guests.
