The property is absolutely new, my room was super clean. It has a terrace with vent to sit outside. The bad is relatively big. And the hosts are a young Indian very polite couple!

The location of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff helped us to arrange two boat rides - one a shakira (covered boat)and one on an canoe (similar to a small punt in the UK).
The staff were very pleasant - especially the reception and restaurant staff.

It's a brand new resort and quite clean. Some facilities like TV and a fan in the verandah are in the pipeline we are told. We all liked the niche dining area outside each room in the verandah. Good idea.
I stayed at water gate tourist home & resort with my family. The rooms are extremely neat and clean. Food & boating arranged by the host is cost efficient. Overall it's good experience of stay. Thank you Mr.Reghu & family for providing an amazing stay.

The location, stay and food were good. They provide all boat activities(kayak, pedal boat, shikara boat) from the resort and it was good, so you don't need to get anywhere separately to do these.
Sujeesh and all the people working on the resort are very professional and attentive. I felt very welcomed all the time. They made it very easy for me to move around the Island to attend cultural activities. I did not have the time to have an ayurvedic treatment with Dr. Sujeesh, but I hope one day I will. I would definitely recommend the place.
we have visited this wonderful resort recently. It resembles the same as mentioned. Their hospitality was too good and they have arranged every meal and boating for us(chargeable). There were differ kind of boating in the resort itself. I would recommend this is the best place to stay at munroe island.
