Nothing, they are selling this by false marketing that this is resort. Guys this is not a resort at all. It is just 2 story building with unhygienic bad rooms, good for couple who want to spend 2 hours together in privacy, not at all good for family, behind building there are private villas which are already sold and for sale and this hotel takes guest to use villa club house. Which is very far away from hotel building. Pls trust me I have gone to many resorts across India but this is definitely not for family and kids. very frequent power cut every 5-10 min. Also u cannot keep ur door open even for 1 min by mistake u will have mosquitoes, insect's and flies in ur room. Hotel staff is very good, Surendra in restaurant is nice person. All Resturant staff is good. But food quality and taste not good, they don't have professional chef and they have coom from local area whom they call Chef. I booked for 4 nights but I decided to checkout very next day but still managed to stay for 2 nights. Very bad experience. The place is also horror. location is also not good. I went their as they show very good in YouTube video and I went because of VEG resort...but trust me if you go there with your kids you will regret in big. Again all hotel staff are very good people. I request them to change job they deserve to work in good resort like Radisson. But staff being good doesn't make your stay good. The place should be safe, clean and amenities and activities should be easily accessible. I checked out and booked in Radisson resort which is 30 min from lord pushpam. I didn't saw a 1 mosquitoes or flies or any insect in property. There were power cut but not too frequent like pushpam. I feel how can one give positive review as I saw many positive reviewa on Google which seems to be completely FAKE. don't trust Google reviews Again it is not a resort it's very Bad bad bad.

The Hotel is in the middle of forest and little far from the market and crowd. It's really a nice place if you want to separate yourself from the crowd. Rooms are old fashioned but It's kind of cool.

The staff and picturesque view. It was truly relaxing and rejuvenating. Food, chai, and sadya everything was good. the owner Arya and manager Sameer went out of the way to help me with the rooms. River experience is therapeutic. it is a perfect place to write and paint.
