Location and views are good but rooms don't have proper ventilation and fans which makes the stay extremely uncomfortable during summer.
Food was so average and felt pricey against the taste and quality it offers.
Staff behaviour was good. A person named thakur was so helpful in guilding the tourists in the new place. A part from him not much to say about staff.
They have not accepted the card payments for the 3 star property it is not acceptable.

The rooms are amazing. The staff is very nice and polite. The view from the balcony is next level. There are free services like 8 ball pool, table tennis, chess, carrom and much more. Definately recommended staying over here for once.

Hill River Resort is beautifully located with a lovely view of the hills. The spacious balcony was a great place to sit and soak it all in. The room was very nicely set up with comfortable ceiling light display and the best bed! The room was very spacious too. Great hot water and the service was very friendly and accommodative.

The hotel is perfect for those looking to use the hotel as a rest stay, rather than a luxury resort. It's pretty cheap and the area is very lively - you won't feel insecure. The food was great! Surprisingly, food was both cheaper and tastier than nearby restaurants. Hotel doesn't provide toothbrush or toothpaste, but did have liquid soap, shampoo, and soap bars.

Amazing hospitality
We stayed at the hollywood resortafter returning from trek to Beas Kund. After 4 days of tiring journey, the comfort and luxury provided by the resort was perfect for recovery.
The staff is very diligent and attentive. The food is great (Definitely try the chai and paneer pakoda if you visit in the monsoon season)! Request fresh apples directly plucked from the orchard. The view is amazing.
